The T.A.Barendt research group in supramolecular chemistry at the University of Birmingham
- October 2021: New students!
Welcome to Lucy Walker and Alastair Littlewood who are starting their MSci research projects in the group. Meet them here!
- October 2021: Two new PhD studentships
- October 2020: New students!
As the new academic year kicks off, TAB lab welcomes three new students! Samuel Penty (left) arrives from Oxford to start his PhD and Joseph Schofield Holyoake (centre) and Micheal Asare (right) are fourth-year students from Birmingham doing MSci research projects in the group. Meet them here!
- Website under self-assembly
A new academic year and a new TAB lab website coming very soon! Till then, here is some nice TLC art!
- New paper on “Supramolecular Electronic Materials”
A new macrocycle-fullerene host-guest complex that acts as a superior semiconductor within an organic field effect transistor (OFET) device. This work into new supramolecular assemblies for organic electronic materials was done in collaboration with the group of Prof. C. Nuckolls at Columbia University.
