Thank you to the organisers of MASC for putting on a great conference to end the year. The group had an excellent time with both colleagues and friends in the MASC community; as well as Tom, Denis and Mya presenting posters and Tim giving an invited lecture.

Many congratulations to Jamie who has been awarded his Master’s by research after submitting a thesis into the aggregation of perylene diimides. Well done Jamie and see you for the Summer Graduation in 2025!

The group had an amazing time at the Early Career Researcher Macrocyclic and Supramolecular Chemistry conference, with a talk from Denis and posters from the rest of the group. Tom was also grateful to receive a poster prize from the judges!

Tom travelled to China to represent the group at the International Symposium of Macrocyclic and Supramolecular Chemistry, with a poster on his recent work on chiral PDI rotaxanes
